CUSTOMERS:
- 50% advance is needed to start a bespoke order.
- Production only starts after the advance deposit has been made.
- Please make sure you are sure about buying the outfit as once production is started the advance will be non-refundable.
Vouchers Terms and Conditions:
- Redemption: The voucher can be redeemed for merchandise only directly with the brand and not with any other third-party partner. It cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another party.
- Partial Redemption: If the value of the purchase exceeds the voucher amount, the remaining balance must be paid by another accepted form of payment.
- Lost or Stolen Vouchers: We're not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers, so make sure to keep them safe and secure!
- No Returns or Exchanges: Purchases made using the voucher are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law.
- Non-Refundable: Voucher purchases are non-refundable. Once it's bought, it's yours to use!
